There are multitudes of us who have been fighting against this faux Christianity for decades. We’ve seen this coming, but nobody could have predicted that a foaming monster like Trump would end up being their Messiah.

We watched the Tea Party take over the Republican party and yes, they scared us. They didn’t scare enough voters, unfortunately. And what kind of country allows someone like Mitch McConnell to stop any progress in it’s tracks simply because a black man became president?

It’s about women’s rights to choose and it’s about racism. It’s not about the economy and it’s really not about “illegal aliens”. It’s about rich, powerful white men not wanting to give up everything they’ve worked so hard to take away from us.

The mystery is why so many people are willing to let this pass.
