Thank you, Kathy. The evidence is right in front of us but too may refuse to believe something catastrophic could happen when the sun is shining, the sky is blue, the clouds are puffy, and flowers bloom where they’re planted.

I wrote this with sadness, since nearly 50 years ago we were hoping this kind of awareness would save us before it was too late. And we’re still hoping instead of acting.
