Thank you for writing this, James. They would rather shut down their town's library than allow a few books they would have no interest in reading, anyway. Children's books are checked out by their parents or guardians, and they get to decide what's appropriate. This is so wrong-headed and disgusting. I hope others in the community will band together and work to keep their library open. I would hate to think this is a done deal without a whole lot of loud protesting.

But given the area where this library is located, I don't have much hope.
