Let’s say I’m new here and just read your piece. Because I am new here and just read your piece and I don’t know what you’re talking about. I kept waiting for a few examples, but I don’t see any.

I read all kinds of pieces here, and guess I don’t see the problem. Or maybe I just don’t understand what you’re objecting to. We can set up our own reading list, right? I like some of the journalistic pieces, I like some of the inspirational pieces, I like some of the writing pieces, and I like some of the technical pieces.

In fact, it’s what I like best about Medium — the diversity of the published pieces.

What am I missing? Don’t mean to sound harsh — if that’s how I sound — I really would like to know what you mean. I haven’t been here long, so don’t know what it was like before. I realize this is your own personal opinion, but for some of us it’s just what we were looking for.
