I’m leery of the Keto diet for many reasons, but mainly because everyone I know who swore by it and lost many pounds quickly, gained them all back and then some. Several of them go back to the Keto again and again because they love how quickly they can lose weight. Well, they do lose it quickly, but when they gain it all back, and then some, I don’t quite understand how it’s helping them. It doesn’t seem to be a sustainable diet, and I would think that yo yo dieting would be hard on their bodies.
