I would very much like to read your book. There isn’t anything about John Steinbeck that isn’t fascinating to me, and I’ve read plenty about him. But not this.

I have to wonder why you aren’t still pursuing publication? You seemed to have learned a lot about what NOT to do along the way, which suggests you now know where to correct your mistakes and move forward.

The journey you recount here would make a great foreword, but what is it that stops you from trying again?
