I have both a Substack newsletter and now a Revue newsletter (so far related only to my Twitter life but that may change). I never did Mailchimp so I can't compare, but Substack is much easier to navigate than Revue.

I still haven't figure out how to add pictures or how to drag Tweets into it, which is what I had envisioned when I signed up. I've asked a few questions via email and get a prompt, friendly, personal response every time. I love that!

I asked Substack a question a couple of weeks ago and just got a response yesterday. Not good.
