Except that Bernie can’t stop being the revolutionary and suddenly become the “insider”, the healer. It’s not in his nature. He’ll always be the radical threatening to upset the status-quo, which might be admirable in anyone but the President of the United States. That’s my point.

And Bernie running as a Democrat is not a “mistake”, it’s a strategy. He knows he’ll never win as a Third Party candidate — even as an Independent. So he latches onto the party he hates, keeps trashing it, and still expects to be respected — by the party he viscerally, publicly hates.

And we’re supposed to be okay with that? In what universe?
